MrsLuna (Sara Madaluni) is an Italian jazz-fusion singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Having been immersed in jazz growing up, inspired largely by her father, she later attended the Saint Louis College of Music” in Rome, where she studied vocal technique and music theory.

She then moved to London last year and has already performed at the likes of Ronnie’s Scott and The Crypt with her trio project. Citing jazz artists such as Miles Davis, Billie Holiday and Esperanza Spalding as important in shaping her own music, she also sees Broadway and pop artists such as Barbra Streisand as big sources of inspiration. Sara’s music is soulful, strong but fragile, honest, and thundering. She’s currently working on the release of her first EP, due for release next year. As well as continuing to play live in London jazz hot spots she also advocates for promoting the accessibility of jazz.
