Get ready for fire, flavour, and fierce culinary drama. Hell’s Kitchen is coming to the UK for the very first time, launching Spring 2026 at our iconic Cumberland Hotel.
LĂrica is a Spanish-inspired restaurant where each dish is a celebration of rich culinary traditions and bold, fresh flavours. The name “LĂrica,” meaning lyrical poetry, reflects the restaurant’s ethos: food and drink in harmony, shared in a space that is both warm and sophisticated. From vibrant sharing plates and tapas, LĂrica draws inspiration from the gastronomic bounty of Spain. Guests can enjoy sun-drenched vegetables and heritage tomatoes, Iberico ham, wild mushroom croquetas, and grilled tiger prawns alongside thoughtfully curated drinks including Spanish wines like Valmiñor Albarino and GĂłmez Cruzado.
